General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

for coaching, programs, and digital offers by Hebrank & Hebrank GbR

​

1. Scope

​

These GTC apply to all contracts between Hebrank & Hebrank GbR (represented by Elke Hebrank and Carsten Hebrank) and their clients in connection with coaching services, digital products, workshops, online courses, and bookings via Calendly.

​

2. Subject of the Agreement

​

Hebrank & Hebrank GbR offers individual coaching, group programs, and digital content (e.g., work materials) for professional and personal development — in particular, for preparing and empowering women in leadership roles.

​

3. Conclusion of Contract

​

The contract is concluded through booking via an online form (e.g., via Calendly), by email, or as part of a personal inquiry. The booking is binding. There is no entitlement to participation; Hebrank & Hebrank GbR may decline bookings without giving reasons.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

​

All prices are in euros. Payment — unless otherwise agreed — is due before the start of the service via the payment methods offered during the booking process. Installment payments are only possible by individual arrangement.

5. Cancellation by the Client

​

For booked individual coaching sessions:
– Cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment: free of charge
– Cancellation less than 48 hours before: 100% of the fee

For programs (e.g., group offerings or digital courses):
– Withdrawal is no longer possible after the program has started.
– There is no right of withdrawal for digital products in accordance with § 356(5) BGB (download and immediate use).

6. Cancellation / Changes by Hebrank & Hebrank GbR

​

Hebrank & Hebrank GbR reserves the right to postpone appointments for important reasons (e.g., illness). In such cases, an alternative date will be offered. There is no entitlement to compensation.

7. Responsibility of the Participant

​

Participation is at the client’s own responsibility. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment. The client undertakes not to withhold any health-relevant information.

8. Copyright / Usage Rights

​

All content, templates, videos, texts, PDFs, and other materials are the intellectual property of Hebrank & Hebrank GbR and may not be reproduced or shared with third parties without written permission.

​

9. Confidentiality

​

Hebrank & Hebrank GbR treats all personal information confidentially. The participant also agrees not to disclose any content from group programs externally.

10. Data Protection

​

The privacy policy at www.carstenhebrank.com/datenschutz applies. Booking via Calendly is subject to their privacy policy.

​

11. Place of Performance / Jurisdiction

​

The place of performance is the business location of Hebrank & Hebrank GbR. German law applies. Jurisdiction is Hamburg, insofar as legally permissible.

​

12. Severability Clause

​

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
