Why I am a Coach & Mentor

Why?
Because I know from my own experience how demanding leadership is – especially in the first few months of a new role.
I have experienced how quickly one can be torn between expectations, responsibility and one's own demands.
And I've learned that clarity, structure , and sparring on equal terms make the crucial difference.
That is precisely why I accompany managers – so that they start clearly, confidently and effectively, clearly, pragmatically, without bullshit


My values/ what defines me
I am married, a father of two children, and a passionate doer.
In my free time I tinker, build and ride motorcycles.
This keeps me grounded.

Over 24 years at Airbus, from blue-collar worker to senior manager

Responsibility for up to 350 direct employees in international teams

Leadership experience from other cultural regions (e.g. 1.5 years in India)

My most important finding:

People need orientation – especially when everything is uncertain
